Center For Biological Diversity
At the Center for Biological Diversity, they believe that the welfare of human beings is deeply linked to nature — to the existence in our world of a vast diversity of wild animals and plants. Because diversity has intrinsic value, and because its loss impoverishes society, they work to secure a future for all species, great and small, hovering on the brink of extinction. They do so through science, law and creative media, with a focus on protecting the lands, waters and climate that species need to survive.
They want those who come after them to inherit a world where the wild is still alive.”

Stop using fossil fuels!
If we are going to truly turn global warming around, and we still can, we absolutely cannot continue relying on coal, oil, and gas for energy! We need to take action, and now, to completely phase out fossil fuel production and transition to 100% renewable energy by 2050. This feels super overwhelming, because it is large corporations that are doing most of the damage…However, we can get involved, and we must. There is a global movement to end the age of fossil fuels and build a world of community-led renewable energy for all. Click the link below to learn about, and join the movement. Join your local chapter, or if there isn’t one…be the change you want to see, and start one!
